Grace: the practice of offering kindness, compassion, and acceptance toward
ourselves and others, even in imperfection. It creates space for healing, growth,
and understanding.

At Grace & Growth, we are dedicated to helping you reconnect with your authentic self, navigate life’s challenges, and embrace personal growth with compassion and courage. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to face it alone.

Our practice provides a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and move toward the life you envision. We believe in the power of offering yourself grace - for the past you’ve lived, the person you are today, and the version of yourself you are becoming.

In therapy, grace allows us to release shame, accept where we are, and honor the journey of growth and healing. It’s about offering understanding to past and present versions of ourselves, embracing our humanity, and recognizing that perfection isn’t the goal. By practicing grace, we cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and the strength to move forward with authenticity and hope.

Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, life transitions, relationships, or self-discovery, we are here to walk alongside you. Let’s work together to help you grow, heal, and thrive in alignment with your truest self.

Grace & Growth Wellness and Psychotherapy offers virtual counselling to adults 18+ in Ontario, Canada

Consultation

We offer a free 15-minute consultation call. The consultation
is a brief, no-pressure conversation to see if we’re the right
fit. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals,
and any questions about your therapists approach. It’s not a
full session but a chance to explore what you’re looking for in
support.
We’ll also share details on scheduling, fees, and
what to expect from therapy. Most importantly, this call is a
welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel heard
and understood. Whether or not you choose to move
forward, our goal is for you to leave feeling informed and
supported in taking the next step that feels right for you.

Individual Counselling

In individual counselling, you'll have the chance to deepen
your self-understanding, recognize patterns, gain insight,
navigate trauma, embrace change, find acceptance, and
grow. Whether you're new to therapy or a seasoned-pro, you
are always welcome here. Our practice is for those who may
be experiencing challenges with:

Anxiety

Body Image

Emotion Regulation

Life Transitions

Navigating Relationships

Self-Esteem

Substance Abuse

Trauma

Growth: the process of learning, evolving, and expanding emotionally, mentally,
or spiritually. It involves overcoming challenges, embracing change, and striving
toward becoming a more authentic and resilient version of yourself.

This isn’t your stereotypical, stuffy therapy - the kind you
see in movies with an emotionless clinician asking, “and
how does that make you feel?” while staring blankly back at
you. As a therapist, I bring my authentic and professional
self into our sessions, making therapy feel more like a real
conversation. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach or quick
fix—therapy is hard work. But together, we can find what
works best for you and your needs.

As a Registered Social Worker and proud member in good
standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and
Social Service Workers, my passion for helping others is at
the heart of my work. With a Master’s in Social Work and a
Graduate Certificate in Concurrent Disorders, I’ve had the
privilege of working in community mental health,
addictions, and post-secondary settings. These
experiences have strengthened my commitment to
supporting clients in navigating life’s challenges in a way
that feels meaningful to them.

Victoria Kent

MSW, RSW

My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques,
blended with a strengths-based and collaborative
perspective. I truly believe that no one understands your
story better than you do, and my role is to walk
alongside you in this process. Using trauma-informed
and ecological systems perspectives, we can explore
how your environment—both past and present—shapes
the way you see yourself and the world around you.

At the core of therapy is the relationship we build, and I
strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported,
and empowered. With compassion, curiosity, and a bit
of humor, I hope to make our work together feel like a
safe and collaborative journey—one where we uncover
new coping strategies, connect with your authentic self,
and create meaningful change that aligns with the
person you want to become.

  • Frequently Asked Questions
  • What can I expect at my first session?

Your first therapy session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to
therapy, your goals, and any concerns you have. We’ll also chat about where you came from, your
experiences, and how you’ve gotten here. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this is a
space to go at your own pace. We’ll also explain the therapy process, our approach, and answer any
questions. Most importantly, this session is about creating a comfortable, judgment-free space where
you feel heard, validated, and empowered to take the next step forward.

  • Do you offer services in person?

Currently we only offer services virtually. Sessions are held via secure video conferencing, ensuring your
information is kept confidential. The good part - this means you can access service from anywhere in
Ontario, Canada.

  • What is tele-therapy (online therapy) like?

Online therapy is like having a therapy session from the comfort of your own space, whether that’s your couch, office, or anywhere you feel comfortable. It’s flexible, accessible, and just as effective as in-person therapy. All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection, and an open mind.

  • How often do we meet and for how long?

Each session is 50 minutes, with frequency depending on your needs: weekly, biweekly, or as needed. When it comes to how long you’ll be in therapy, it’s all about what works best for you! Some people benefit from short-term therapy, while others find ongoing support helpful. We’ll work together to find a schedule that feels right for you, checking in on our progress, evaluating what’s working and what’s not, and adjusting as needed based on your goals.

  • How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment via our Jane App website (linked below!) or by emailing us at
hello@graceandgrowth.com

  • Are there any mental health concerns you do not treat?

Just like a doctor specializes, so do we! It’s in everyone’s best interest that we stay in our lane - At this time we currently do not work with clients who are primarily seeking support or require specialized care for eating disorders, psychosis, OCD, or DID. At this time we also do not offer couples or family therapy. With that, if we are not the right fit, we are happy to refer you to someone who might better suited to your needs.

  • How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, therapy might be a good fit. You don’t
need to be in crisis to benefit—therapy is for anyone looking to gain insight, navigate challenges, or
improve their mental well-being. If you find yourself struggling with anxiety, stress, relationships, self-
doubt, or past experiences, talking to a therapist can help. Therapy provides a supportive space to
process emotions, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change. If you’re unsure, a
consultation call can help you explore whether therapy aligns with your needs and what you hope to
gain from the process.

Ready to start?

Let's talk.
